"There is no information regarding the presence of Armenian citizens," she said. It should be noted that the Nepal Tourism Authority previously reported that, according to preliminary data received from travel agencies, 384 tourists were missing in the affected areas, including 291 foreign citizens and 93 Nepalese.

According to the ministry, more than 100 Indian citizens, 17 Malaysians, 12 Britons, four South Africans, three Americans, one Australian, and one Dutchman are missing. The citizenship of another 111 people has not yet been confirmed. Heavy rains in Nepal's Rasuwa district caused a sharp rise in the Bhote Koshi River, which flows from the mountains of Tibet. The flooding caused significant destruction in the district.
