Georgia deports 113 foreign nationals, including Armenian citizens

ArmInfo.  Over the past few days, officers from the Migration Department of the Georgian  Ministry of Internal Affairs have deported 113 foreign nationals,  including citizens of Armenia, TASS reports, citing the ministry's  press service.

According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, those expelled from  the country include citizens of Azerbaijan, Armenia, Egypt, India,  Jordan, Kazakhstan, Kenya, China, Cuba, Nepal, Nigeria, Pakistan,  Russia, Thailand, Turkey, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Ethiopia, and  other nations. All deported individuals have been banned from  re-entering Georgia.

Georgia has recently intensified its crackdown on illegal migration.  The country's parliament has tightened migration legislation,  streamlining deportation procedures and migrant search protocols. The  Ministry of Internal Affairs routinely reports the expulsion of  dozens of foreign nationals on a monthly basis.
