ArmInfo. David Hambaryan will head the Staff of the National Assembly of Armenia. Armenian Parliament Speaker Ruben Rubinyan announced this to journalists during a briefing on August 3, noting that he had already signed the corresponding decree yesterday.
He recalled that Hambaryan previously served as Chief of Staff of the Yerevan Municipality and Deputy Minister of Emergency Situations and Internal Affairs.
