Anniversary festival of Armenian culture, traditions, and heritage   held in Bucharest

ArmInfo. The 10th anniversary festival of Armenian culture, traditions, and heritage,  Strada Armeneasca Festival, was held in Bucharest.

The festival was organized by the Union of Armenians of Romania, with  the support of the Embassy of the Republic of Armenia in Romania and  the Armenian Business Council.

The Tourism Committee of the Ministry of Economy of Armenia, along  with a representative of an Armenian tourism company, is  participating in the festival to present Armenia as a year-round  tourism destination and invite Romanian visitors to discover the  country's rich cultural heritage, breathtaking landscapes, delicious  cuisine, and authentic travel experiences. Throughout the festival,  visitors have the opportunity to discover Armenian music, traditions,  cuisine, and culture, as well as participate in engaging discussions  and cultural programmes. 

It is worth noting that, according to the Statistics Committee, 2,345  tourists from Romania visited Armenia in January-March, which is 4.9  times higher than the same period last year.
