ArmInfo. Former Armenian Ambassador to the United States and Chief Advisor Lilit Makunts has been officially appointed as the Chief of Staff to the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia. The corresponding decree was signed by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.
"In accordance with Part 13 of Article 9 of the Law on Public Service, Lilit Makunts has been appointed Chief of Staff to the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia," states the official decision issued by Nikol Pashinyan and distributed by the press service of the Armenian government.
