A Turkmen citizen died in a traffic accident in the Gegharkunik region.

ArmInfo. On July 31, 37-year-old Begench Ch., a Turkmen citizen, died on the 55th kilometer of the Yerevan-Sevan-Ijevan highway in the Gegharkunik region.

According to photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan, he drove his Honda moped off the road and overturned, after which he was taken to the Sevan Medical Center with bodily injuries. "While the investigative team was working at the scene, the hospital reported to the Sevan Police Department that the victim had died without regaining consciousness. The Sevan Investigative Department has opened a criminal investigation into the incident," the photojournalist reported.

He also noted that, according to eyewitnesses, the deceased worked as a courier for the Glovo company.
