Civil Court accepts former MP Sofya Hovsepyan s lawsuit against Prime  Minister Nikol Pashinyan

ArmInfo. The Civil Court in Yerevan has accepted for consideration a lawsuit filed by former National Assembly member Sofya Hovsepyan against Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan. Hovsepyan announced this on her Facebook  page.

According to her, the court has already issued a corresponding  decision, which she received today.

"As I reported earlier, I filed a lawsuit against current Prime  Minister of the Republic of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan regarding his  statement on June 11 of this year. He stated that all votes cast in  favor of opposition forces were obtained through electoral bribes,  whereas votes cast for the ruling party were organic. The court  accepted the lawsuit for consideration, and today I received the  corresponding decision," Hovsepyan wrote.
