


ArmInfo. On 23 July, Ambassador Ara Margarian met with the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Lithuania, Nida Grunskiene.
According to the Armenian Ambassador to Lithuania, the Ambassador briefed his interlocutor on the latest developments in Armenia–Lithuania relations, highlighting the expansion of the bilateral agenda and the multifaceted cooperation established across a wide range of fields.
The parties exchanged views on the current challenges of international legal cooperation, emphasizing the importance of the effective implementation of mutual legal assistance mechanisms.
Both sides underscored the significance of the Memorandum of Understanding signed between the Prosecutor General's Offices of Armenia and Lithuania as an important instrument for strengthening institutional cooperation between the prosecution services of the two countries.
Prosecutor General Nida Grunskiene highly commended the organization of the high-level international conference held in Yerevan on 1–2 July, within the framework of the Armenian Platform for European Prosecutors' Dialogue, noting that it served as an important platform for professional dialogue and the exchange of best practices.
