


ArmInfo. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and German Chancellor Friedrich Merz exchanged views on pressing regional and international issues during a telephone conversation on July 22.
According to the Armenian government's press service, the two discussed the peace established between Armenia and Azerbaijan and mutually emphasized the importance of a stable and lasting peace in the region.
The Armenian Prime Minister and the German Chancellor discussed the consistent development of bilateral cooperation, as well as prospects for further deepening the partnership between Armenia and the European Union.
Notably, Pashinyan is currently on vacation. The conversation takes place immediately following Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev's visit to Berlin.
