


ArmInfo. European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen arrived in Yerevan on a working visit on July 2.
She was met at Zvartnots International Airport by Armenian Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan. The European Commission President will hold talks with Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan in Yerevan. Following the meeting, Pashinyan and Ursula von der Leyen will make statements and answer questions from the media.
The President of the European Commission was in Azerbaijan the day before, where she held talks with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev. In Baku, von der Leyen announced the allocation of up to EUR 200 million in grants to Azerbaijan for the development of transport, energy, and digital connections in the South Caucasus.
