


ArmInfo. Secretary General of the Armenian Foreign Ministry David Karapetyan received a delegation from the Subcommittee on Crisis Prevention, Strategic Forecasting, Stabilization, and Peacekeeping of the German Bundestag.
According to the press service of the Armenian Foreign Ministry, during the meeting, the interlocutors discussed issues on the bilateral Armenian-German agenda, emphasizing the need to deepen political dialogue, trade and economic cooperation, and expand interparliamentary ties.
The importance of joint work to implement the points of the Declaration on the Strategic Agenda for Bilateral Partnership, signed by the Prime Minister of Armenia and the Federal Chancellor of Germany, was emphasized. In this context, the need to develop business ties between the two countries and increase bilateral trade turnover was emphasized. During the meeting, an exchange of views took place on regional and international issues. Karapetyan presented his interlocutors with steps aimed at the consistent institutionalization of peace in the South Caucasus.
