ArmInfo.Armenian Ambassador to France Arman Khachatryan met with the Director of the Paris Military Academy (Ecole de Guerre), General Vincent Breton.
Breton briefed the Armenian Ambassador on the mission of the higher military educational institution, its educational programs, and the main areas of international cooperation.
According to the press service of the Armenian Embassy in France, the parties expressed mutual satisfaction with the fact that this year the first representative of the Armenian Armed Forces completed a strategic training course at the Academy, which is an important step in developing cooperation in military education between the two countries. It was also noted that another officer from Armenia is studying at the Academy this year. Khachatryan attached great importance to the continuous development of defense cooperation between Armenia and France, emphasizing that it reached a new level following the state visit of French President Emmanuel Macron to Armenia on May 4-5, during which the Declaration on Strategic Partnership between Armenia and France was signed.
