Armenian students win six medals at  Balkan Mathematical Olympiad

ArmInfo.  Armenian schoolchildren have won six medals at the 30th Balkan Mathematical Olympiad (JBMO) in Buzau, Romania.

The Armenian team achieved an impressive performance, taking home one  gold, one silver, and four bronze medals. The team was led by Tigran  Chtyan and Edgar Aghumyan from the "Qarakusi" Educational Foundation.

The olympiad featured 133 students representing 23 different  countries, with each nation permitted to send a maximum of six  participants.
