"I warmly congratulate you and sincerely send you my best wishes on the occasion of the national holiday of the Republic of Slovenia — Statehood Day. I am pleased to note that bilateral relations between Armenia and Slovenia are developing in an atmosphere of mutual trust and constructive cooperation. I greatly appreciate Slovenia's steadfast support for expanding and deepening the partnership between Armenia and the European Union.

I am convinced that through our joint efforts we can not only further strengthen our mutually beneficial cooperation in a bilateral format and on multilateral platforms, but also open new areas and directions that will enrich our agenda for the prosperity of both countries.

I attach great importance to the humanitarian programs carried out with the support of the Government of Slovenia, which help to overcome the consequences of the conflict in the region.
