ArmInfo.The new law regulating the development sector in Yerevan will be adopted in its second reading in early July. Mayor Tigran Avinyan announced this during a working meeting of the Mayor's Office on June 22.
He warned industry representatives about stricter requirements for their activities, specifically increased penalties and fines for violations, including the lack of dust collection networks, improper construction site equipment, etc.
"This is my final call to development companies. Because after the law comes into force, the situation in Yerevan will be completely different," Avinyan said.
At the same time, he recalled the expected tax breaks for the extension of construction permits for bona fide developers.
