Armenian Ambassador holds talks with Bulgaria Air management

ArmInfo.Armenian Ambassador to Bulgaria Covinar Hambardzumyan held a productive meeting with Bulgaria Air management, including the airline's CEO Bystra Marinkova, Commercial Director Ivan Ivanov, Director of Network Planning and  Development Momchil Ivanov, and Financial Director Stoyko Radiyev.

According to the press service of the Armenian Embassy in Bulgaria,  during the meeting, Ambassador Hambardzumyan emphasized the  importance of direct flights between Armenia and Bulgaria,  particularly between Sofia and Yerevan.

She also noted the importance of seasonal charter flights between  Burgas and Yerevan, but added that flights operated only during the  summer are insufficient for the development of bilateral tourism,  economic cooperation, cultural exchange, and trade. The parties  exchanged views on the constantly developing and expanding strategic  relations, trade volumes, and tourism flows between Armenia and  Bulgaria.  They agreed to work together to further explore  opportunities for cooperation and outline future plans.
