ArmInfo. The Administrative Court of Armenia has issued an injunction prohibiting the Ministry of Defense from evicting servicemen from Artsakh (Nagorno- Karabakh) from their allotted apartments.
The legal development was announced by attorney Roman Yeritsyan on his Facebook page, where he published a copy of the court's official ruling alongside his statement.
Recall, Roman Yeritsyan previously stated that all high-ranking servicemen from Artsakh who had been allocated free housing in Armenia received formal notices demanding they vacate their premises. According to the eviction notices, the properties were "originally provided with violations." However, the Ministry of Defense documents reportedly failed to specify the nature of those alleged violations.
