ArmInfo.Armenia's second president, leader of the Armenia bloc, and the party's prime ministerial candidate, Robert Kocharyan, stated that he will not pursue a vendetta against civil servants if he comes to power following the June 7 elections.
"Vendetta is not the way to lead the country out of crisis. Civil servants must immediately feel a different atmosphere: calm, professional, and fair. We will free them from the abuses of this government,"
Kocharyan said, addressing the question of whether civil servants would be punished if the Armenia bloc comes to power.
