Russia again warns Armenia against following Ukraine`s path

ArmInfo.Armenia is essentially repeating the path Ukraine took in 2013-2014, and it is necessary to "think hard" to prevent Yerevan from ultimately following the same path and ending up in a similar situation. Deputy Secretary of the Russian Security Council (SC) Alexey Shevtsov stated this in an  interview with Vesti on the sidelines of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF), according to TASS.

"Recently, both [Russian President] Vladimir Vladimirovich [Putin]  and [Belarusian President] Alexander Grigoryevich Lukashenko said  that Armenia is essentially repeating the Ukrainian experience of  2013- 2014," he said. "And we need to think hard to prevent what  happened in Ukraine from happening."
