Today, the Chairman of the Administrative Court of Armenia has sustained a lawsuit filed by the RA Prosecutor General's Office, revoking the state registration of the Republic of Artsakh's ownership rights to its representation building in Yerevan. Lawyer Roman Yeritsyan shared this information on his Facebook page.
He recalled that the judge had previously refused to include the Republic of Artsakh in the case as a third party, forcing Yeritsyan to represent the interests of the Republic of Artsakh on behalf of another registered legal entity.
"I have never encountered a more unfounded and absurd judicial decision in my practice. I intend to appeal this decision in the RA Administrative Court of Appeals," he stated.
