ArmInfo. The people of Armenia will once again emerge victorious in the upcoming parliamentary elections. This was stated by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, leader of the country's ruling Civil Contract party, during a campaign in the larger community of Parakar.
According to him, the people's vote will not be stolen, falsified, or distorted in the upcoming national vote. Pashinyan called on those gathered on June 7 to go to the polls and support people's power. "Regardless of what is said on social media and in expert forums about our achievements over the past few years, our greatest achievement is the establishment of peace, and our most important task is to maintain it," the prime minister said, adding that it is the people who must be the masters of peace.
He noted that today, the established peace has come under the scrutiny of many political forces, who are saying all sorts of things about it. "The three-headed party led by the Kaluga resident (leader of the Strong Armenia party Samvel Karapetyan - ed.) has come up with another lie, according to which, allegedly, if the Civil Contract party wins and Nikol Pashinyan is re-elected as Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia, 300,000 Azerbaijanis will move to Armenia. Meanwhile, such an issue has never been and is not on the agenda of relations between Yerevan and Baku. These people are now spending millions of dollars to bring this issue into the political life of the country. Only foreign spies can make such an attempt. Today, I officially declare: Kaluga resident, you are a foreign spy. You yourself do not understand what you are doing. You want to make the issue of the return of 300,000 Azerbaijanis a subject of the political agenda of Armenia, and I say that spies should not get votes. The brainless ones, who call our country by all sorts of epithets, should not get votes," Pashinyan said, adding that the three-headed war party, and its The thugs mustn't enter the country's parliament. "We can't vote for brainless spies, because they want to destroy our peace and our joy. I want to declare: peace and joy will never leave Armenia again, because the people will be the masters of this world," the RA Prime Minister expressed confidence, noting that today's world, which is only nine months old, resembles a nine-month-old child who must be protected and nurtured.
