"The shortest route linking East and West" is Armenia`s investment  brand - Prime Minister

ArmInfo. The average perception of Armenia's geographic location is not that our country has a problematic geographical location and is located in a problematic region, but that the shortest route linking the East and the West  passes through the Republic of Armenia. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol  Pashinyan made this statement during his speech at the Yerevan  Dialogue forum.

According to Pashinyan, such a description creates a new picture of  the potential and state of the Republic of Armenia. Therefore, the  government's current task  is to approach problem-solving and  strategy-building from this perspective.  He believes that the phrase  - "The shortest route between East and West" – could become Armenia's  investment brand. 

While thanking U.S. President Donald Trump and French President  Emmanuel Macron for their efforts in establishing peace between  Armenia and Azerbaijan, the head of government noted that Armenia's  excellent geographical position had previously been obscured by the  ongoing regional conflict.  Pashinyan concluded that everything  achieved in recent years has allowed Armenia to pivot from a  "survival agenda" to a "development agenda."
