


ArmInfo. Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan and French Foreign Minister Jean-Noel Barrot discussed steps to develop the Armenian-French strategic partnership at a meeting in Paris.
According to the press service of the Armenian Foreign Ministry, the interlocutors also emphasized the importance of French President Macron's upcoming visit to Yerevan and discussed upcoming cooperation programs in key areas.
The meeting also touched on expanding the partnership between Armenia and the EU and cooperation in strengthening democratic resilience, and exchanged views on regional and international developments. Mirzoyan and Barrot mutually noted that the official opening of the new residence of the Armenian diplomatic mission in Paris is one of the best manifestations of the further deepening partnership between the two countries. It should be noted that Armenian and French officials previously reported that during the state visit of French President Emmanuel Macron to Yerevan on May 4-5, Armenia and France, among other things, will sign a document on strategic partnership. -
