At the Delphi Economic Forum, Secretary of the Armenian Security Council Armen Grigoryan, along with National Security Advisor to the Prime Minister of Greece Thanos Dokos and National Security Advisor to the President of Moldova Stanislav Secrieru, participated in a panel discussion titled "Strategic Dividing Lines: Conflict Resolution and Strengthening Resilience in Europe's Eastern Neighborhood."
According to the press service of the Armenian Security Council, in his speech, Grigoryan touched upon the regional security situation and emphasized the importance of peace established between Armenia and Azerbaijan. He also emphasized the work aimed at institutionalizing it. In this context, the Security Council Secretary expressed confidence that the established peace is based on mutual trust.
Grigoryan also spoke about the importance of lifting the blockade, citing the implementation of agreements already reached and the economic opportunities being created.
As a reminder, on August 8, 2025, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev signed a seven-point joint "Declaration of Peace" in Washington. It provides for a joint appeal to the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) to terminate the OSCE Minsk Process and related structures, as well as the creation of a transport corridor through Armenian territory that will connect Azerbaijan with its Nakhchivan exclave, surrounded by Armenia, Turkey, and Iran.
