


ArmInfo. RA Deputy Prime Minister Tigran Khachatryan and French Ambassador to Armenia Olivier Decotigny discussed the details of French President Emmanuel Macron's upcoming state visit to Yerevan.
According to the press service of the Armenian government, during the meeting, the Deputy Prime Minister particularly emphasized the importance of the French President's presence in Armenia on May 4 at the European Political Community summit, as well as the following day, May 5, as part of his state visit.
Ahead of Macron's visit, a number of issues on the bilateral agenda were discussed in detail, including water supply, France's participation in the construction of the Sisian-Kajaran section of the North-South transport corridor, cooperation in education, as well as other programs and initiatives of strategic importance. The parties emphasized the importance of constructive interaction for the effective resolution of issues subject to settlement and the continuous expansion of bilateral relations.
