ArmInfo.Richard Hoagland,  US mediator  in OSCE Minsk Group, unveiled the main elements of the Karabakh conflict settlement, the "Voice of America".  According to the report, taking into account the complex history of the Karabakh conflict sides should in the future to fix its final legal status on the basis of consensus and legally binding expression of will. And  before that territory within the administrative borders of the former Nagorno-Karabakh autonomous and not under the control of Baku must obtain a temporary status, which, at a minimum, provides guarantees of security and sovereignty.

Armenian Deputy Foreign Minister Shavarsh Kocharyan stated in an interview with journalists after the Government meeting on August 10. According to him, the intermediaries at this stage are very well aware that it is impossible to talk about progress in the negotiation process until Baku's policy regarding the resolution of the Karabakh conflict changes. According to the Deputy Foreign Minister of the Republic of Armenia, Azerbaijan has never refused a military solution to the conflict and a policy of blackmail. "Today's relative calm on the line of contact does not mean that we should lose our vigilance because Azerbaijan is not committed to a peaceful solution to the problem," Deputy Foreign Minister of Armenia Shavarsh Kocharyan stated.

Visit of Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan to Iran will give a new impetus to the expansion of bilateral relations and their development, taking into account also Armenian-Iranian historical and cultural communities. The head of the Islamic Republic of Iran Hassan Roukhani stated at the meeting with Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan.
