ArmInfo. France does not recognize the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic and does not maintain any relationship with those who consider themselves its leaders. It is  reported RIA Novosti with reference to the French Foreign Ministry.

ArmInfo. The positions of  the Republic of Artsakh and the Republic of Armenia on the settlement are clear. The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Artsakh Republic Masis Mailyan stated this in an interview with the ''Azat Artsakh''  republican newspaper.

ArmInfo.The position of the former and current authorities of Armenia on the resolution of the Karabakh issue is not very different. This was announced at a press  conference by the head of the ''Hay Dat ''central office and on  political issues of the ARF Dashnaktsutyun Kiro Manoyan.
