ArmInfo.The Vice Speaker of the Armenian Parliament Eduard Sharmazanov called on the Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan Elmar Mammadyarov not to demonstrate his  primitive thinking.

ArmInfo."There is an impression that the race for the most awkward and unrelated statements has started in Azerbaijan," Vice Speaker of the National Assembly Eduard  Sharmazanov told ArmInfo correspondent when commenting on today's statement of the head of the Azerbaijani delegation to the PACE, Semid Seidov, about , that Armenia tried to disrupt the Karabakh talks.

ArmInfo.It is unacceptable when representatives of the CSTO member state come forward with statements contradicting the ally. It's very clear to everyone who is the right hand to break the negotiations on the Karabakh settlement, "Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly of Armenia Eduard Sharmazanov said in an interview with ArmInfo correspondent, commenting on the statement of Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev that Armenia tried to disrupt the  Karabakh talks, but this is for her it was not possible that Baku would not allow the creation of a second Armenian state, and the territorial integrity of the AR is not the subject of negotiations.

Vice  Speaker of the National Assembly Eduard Sharmazanov said this in a  conversation with ArmInfo correspondent, referring to the fight  between the head of the Yelk bloc faction Nikol Pashinyan and the  deputies from the Republican Party of Armenia Artashes Geghamen.

ArmInfo. "Aliyev's statement that  the international community should apply sanctions against Armenia is  absurd, it is about the same as if Hitler called on the international  community to impose sanctions against the USSR because of the  liberation of Poland or Czechoslovakia," ArmInfo correspondent  Vice-Speaker of the National Assembly of Armenia Eduard Sharmazanov,  commenting on the call of Azeri President Ilham Aliyev at a meeting  with the delegation of the Committee for Policy and Security of the  Council of the European Union on the need for SIC sanctions against  Armenia because of "occupation" Artsakh.

ArmInfo. The anti-Russian initiative of Yelk bloc promotes the process of transferring power from President Serzh Sargsyan to Serzh Sargsyan to the Prime Minister. The deputy chairman of the Heritage party Armen Martirosyan expressed such an opinion to ArmInfo, commenting on the initiative of the Yelk faction on Armenia's withdrawal from the Eurasian Union.

ArmInfo.On September 25 Vice-Speaker of the National Assembly Eduard Sharmazanov, who is in St. Petersburg on a working visit, met with the Executive Secretary of the CSTO PA Peter Ryabukhin in the Tauride Palace. The Permanent  Representative of the Parliament of the Republic of Armenia to the  CIS IPA Hayk Chilingaryan also attended the meeting.

On September 22, Vice-Speaker of the National Assembly, head of the Armenia-Czech parliamentary friendship group Eduard Sharmazanov met with the  delegation of the Czech parliament headed by Robin Bonisch. Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Czech Republic to Armenia Petr Mikyska also attended the meeting.

ArmInfo.According to the Armenian media, the country's leadership has already decided on the question of who will be the Prime Minister of Armenia in 2018, when  the republic will completely pass to the parliamentary form of government, and the powers of President Sargsyan will expire.
