ArmInfo. The second president of  Armenia is an experienced political fighter, however, one should not  exaggerate his influence on political life in Armenia. Andrei  Areshev, a senior researcher at the Center for the Study of the  Caucasus at the Institute of Oriental Studies of the Russian Academy  of Sciences, said this at a press conference on December 10.
