Of course we want to see and we've - we have made clear our interest in seeing a stable Caucasus region, a region that - where we work both with Armenia and Azerbaijan to de-escalate tensions between those two countries and to work to de-escalate any broader tensions that may arise."
The military exercises of the ground forces of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) started on October 17 in the area of the Araks River in the Iranian province of East Azerbaijan and lasted a week. Iran said that these exercises are not directed against the countries of the region, but they carry a message to countries that have some ambitions in the region.
