ArmInfo. The agenda of the Prosperous Armenia Party does not include the issue of cooperation with the second President of Armenia, Robert Kocharyan. This was stated on May 29 by the head of the PAP party, MP Gagik Tsarukyan, in an interview with journalists. He noted that such a question was not discussed in the party. According to him, he has no obligations to anyone, and no one has assisted him in business. "I have not met, and have not spoken with the second president of Armenia even by telephone," the MPstressed.
Tsarukyan noted that the measure of restraint against Kocharyan was changed within the framework of the law. Referring to Pashinyan's statement on the need for in-depth reforms in the judicial system, Tsarukyan said he supports the premier's position on this issue. "Representatives of our party have repeatedly noted that they are in favor of changes in the judicial system of Armenia, however, they should be held within the framework of the Constitution of the country," the MP said.
