ArmInfo.Head of the Department of Multilateral and Bilateral Economic Cooperation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Ashot Kocharyan will present Armenia at the meeting of the BSEC Foreign Ministers Council.
The BSEC Ministerial Meeting will take place on December 14 in Baku. The meeting will consider, inter alia, issues of economic cooperation, transport, energy, and agriculture. BSEC unites 12 countries: Azerbaijan, Albania, Armenia, Bulgaria, Greece, Georgia, Moldova, Russia, Romania, Serbia, Turkey and Ukraine. A number of states and international structures have observer status in the organization.
