ArmInfo. Don't be political will the current Prime Minister of Armenia; there would be no high-profile corruption disclosures. The Acting Prime Minister of Armenia expressed this opinion
Nikol Pashinyan on November 20th at a press conference.
According to Pashinyan, it is wrong to criticize the head of government for allegedly interfering in the investigative processes in various cases of abuse. "The fact that the prime minister is aware of all criminal cases does not mean that he intervenes in the investigation or influences the decisions of the investigative body", he said. At the same time, as the head of the RA government stressed, do not be political will, no one would be held accountable for their unlawful actions in the past.
Referring to the criminal case regarding the owner of H2 TV company Samvel Mayrapetyan, Nikol Pashinyan said that according to his information, in this case, the investigative body can reveal a very large corruption crossroads. At the same time, Pashinyan refuted the information that the investigation had seized the accounts of the television company, in connection with which there are problems with the payment of wages to the workers. The arrest, as stated by the Acting Prime Minister, imposed only on personal accounts Mayrapetyan.
To note, Mayrapetyan was arrested on charges of aiding bribery. He does not accept the charges against him.
