Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan wrote about this on his Facebook page. The Prime Minister offered Ashotyan to present concrete cases so that the police could have an opportunity to investigate them.
To note MP from the RPA faction Armen Ashotyan stated from the rostrum of the parliament that information appeared in the media that during the rally an attack was carried out on the deputy of the RPA faction Ruzanna Arakelyan. Ashotyan also noted that on October 2, numerous cars had been damaged, and he demands that the authors of this vandalism be searched.
To note the Armenian police also responded to this statement by Ashotyan. In a statement issued by the police statement in particular reads: "The Armenian police collected materials in connection with information in the media that RPA deputy Ruzanna Arakelyan was attacked by protesters on October 2 and was not allowed to enter the parliament. One of the police officers interviewed Ruzanna Arakelyan, and the latter said that no violence was used against her, just a quarrel occurred with one of the women participating in the rally. Arakelyan stated that she informed MP Armen Ashotyan about this.
