ArmInfo.Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Arman Navasardyan believes that the speech of the Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan at the 73rd session of the UN General Assembly was at a high level. He stated this on September 26 at a press conference.
A. Navasardian noted that the excellent speech of the head of government in English will help to solve the foreign policy problems of Armenia. Pashinyan's speech attracted quite a wide international attention.
"The attitude of the current authorities to the peaceful settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict was also attracted by the fact that Nagorno-Karabakh (NK) is a party to the conflict, and not its object." A very important message is that Pashinyan from the high rostrum of the United Nations said that the policy of Azerbaijan is aimed at extermination of the Armenian population of the republic, ethnic cleansing of Nagorno-Karabakh. "According to the diplomat, for the first time at such a high international level it was said about Nakhichevan, where there was no more One Armenian reminded of the importance of the international conference planned for October 19 on the issue of Nakhichevan.
According to A. Navasardian, it can not be said that all three ex-presidents of Armenia did not pay due attention to the issue of Nagorno-Karabakh, however their performances at international venues were symmetrical to the Azerbaijan approach in the sense that both states were run by similar ones - criminal, oligarchic, despotic - modes. Therefore, according to the diplomat, external and internal political processes are in fact closely interrelated. The latest developments in Armenia (the election of the Council of Elders - Ed.) Once again prove that the current authorities are able to bring the country to a new international level.
