So, during a traditional briefing on June 15, Zakharova, at a journalist's request, expresses his position whether yesterday's acquaintance of Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev in Moscow on the initiative of Russian leader Vladimir Putin could become a kind of push for activation of the negotiation process on the Karabakh conflict settlement within the framework of the OSCE Minsk Group, in particular, stated: "Well, it seems to me, there is no need to confuse formats - there is communication between the heads of state, which presumes both bilateral, so there is a problem that has its own format of solution, of course, the creation of a favorable atmosphere not only promotes the negotiation process, and not only contributes but is also an important guarantee for solving this problem. say that these are different formats."
