She recalled that on May 8 in the National Assembly of Armenia the election of a new prime minister will take place. On May 1, the country's parliament could not elect a prime minister. At present, Zakharova continued, the situation in Armenia is calm, and the Russian Foreign Ministry once again calls on the parties to resolve the situation on the basis of the Constitution and laws of the country.
