My assumption of theoffice of Prime Minister was due to one clear circumstance: in this geopolitically complex region and in full of new challenges, we are obliged to ensure the country's safe development and continue efforts aimed at a worthy resolution of the Artsakh problem In my view, the problems noted have to be solved, after which other the country rule migght be taken by other persons. In this greatest issue, we will also rely on the potential of the Luys community.
