ArmInfo. Members of the family of the arrested oppositionist Karo Yeghnukian were subjected to a drive from the Republic Square.
As reported by ArmInfo in the Police of Armenia, the driver was subjected to three of his adult children and his wife. The police, however, did not specify the reasons for their detention, promising to state the details later. It should be noted that Yegnukyan was arrested for assisting the "Sasna Tsrer" group, which captured the regiment of the Armenian Patrol Service in July of last year.
ArmInfo. The general jurisdiction court of Arabkir and Kanaker- Zeytun administrative districts satisfied the pretrial investigation motion on extension of the arrest of Sasna Tsrer (Daredevils of Sassoon) group member Varuzhan Avetisyan and Founding Parliament initiative member Garo Yeghnukian.
ArmInfo. Karo Yeghnukyan, an arrested member of the Founding Parliament opposition movement who was arrested over assistance to Sasna Tsrer group, has stopped his hunger strike. Yeghnukyan's lawyer Tigran Hayrapetyan says his client stopped hunger strike at the request of medics, after his health condition deteriorated as he stopped taking medicines too. Nevertheless, the lawyer says, Yeghnukyan intends to continue his fight and attend all trials on the given case.
