To note, on the morning of June 21, the Azerbaijani Ministry of Defense spread information that on the evening of June 20 a serviceman of the Armenian Armed Forces was allegedly captured on the border of Armenia and Azerbaijan. Meanwhile, the Armenian Defense Ministry denied this information. Later, the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry distributed a videotape of an interrogation of a man in civilian clothes, who was wearing a Turkish-style body armor. On the record, a man who is clearly mistaken, in broken Armenian gives testimony, and because of a bad record, not all words are audible. Among other things, the man says that he is from the village of Dovekh, Noyemberyan region of Armenia. The International Red Cress has already stated that it conducts a confidential dialogue with the parties on this incident.
