ArmInfo. Ex-Ambassador of USA to Azerbaijan, former co-chair of OSCE Minsk Group Matthew Bryza does not agree with the opinion stating that there is no progress in Krabakh settlement process during 25 years.
"10 years back a document was modified and agreed in respect to the settlement of the conflict mentioned. That is the only working document, setting an essential balance in this conflict solution. The problem is that Presidents do not trust each other, but the sides should go for compromise to settle the conflict. The only way to solve this problem is the mediation and leadership. This function could be undertaken by USA or by Russia. But I do not believe Trump could solve this problem. Too much time is needed for that. And there is no politician in US management to deal with Krabakh issue," Bryza said delivering a speech at the international conference "South Caucasus t international platform. Cooperation and Competition around Caucasus". dedicated to the 5th anniversary of Caucasus International Publishers, APA reads.
