ArmInfo. The population of Armenia, like in other CIS countries, did not give a mandate to politics to heat post electoral situation, and the results of April 2 elections are the indirect evidence of that. This was stated by Constantin Zatulin, the Russian State Duma CIS Affairs Commission Head.
Zatulin mentioned also, that the detailed study of new electoral regulations of Armenia gives an option to estimate that as an innovative, to cut all the options for falsifications and, in this meaning, to leave these countries far behind. At that, he thinks that the violations taken place will not affect the final results of elections.
