ArmInfo.Voters report cases of distribution of special identification signs, according to the Yelq bloc.
The bloc says that the matter concerns distribution of identification codes (B578, for instance), which the voters must leave in the envelopes, as well as color pens, with which the voters must make notes on the ballots.
In addition, voters report that ballots are being taken out of polling stations and that the chairmen of the commissions refuse to register the facts of equipment malfunction. "In this case, the citizens' passport data are not fixed in the register," the bloc says, adding that in some cases voters entered the polling booth together with another person without any legal grounds. Yelq also says that in some cases the ballots of the ruling Republican Party of Armenia and the Communist Party of Armenia were marked.
"The proxies of Yelq bloc will be consistent when controlling the violations. The given actions will be qualified as violation of the citizens' rights to free expression of will. If such violations are made on a large-scale basis, Yelq will take all necessary measures to declare the voting results at the specified polling stations invalid," the bloc says in a statement.
The proportional list of the Yelq bloc is topped by Enlightened Armenia Party leader Edmon Marukyan. He is followed by Republic Party leader Aram Sargsyan and Civil Contract Party leader Nikol Pashinyan.
