ArmInfo.The Ohanyan-Raffi-Oskanian (ORO) bloc has expressed its intention to form a post-electoral coalition of national accord.
The bloc says in a statement that all opposition forces can join the coalition, but the cooperation with the ruling Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) is ruled out. The authors of the statement note that they are resolute to form an atmosphere of national accord, to consolidate all healthy forces and to launch the construction of a strong, safe, free and prosperous country. The ORO bloc also intends to conduct radical and system changes, restore the justice in the judiciary system, the economic competition and rule of law, as well as to release the political prisoners. The bloc sets itself a goal to liquidate corruption, political monopolies of the RPA, inefficient governance, and the atmosphere of lawlessness. "We realize that the RPA's unlawful actions in the pre-electoral period, its violence and incidents in Jrarat, Arthur Sargsyan's death have exhausted the Armenian society's patience. So, the RPA has only two weeks to live," ORO stresses.
To note, according to Gallup International Association, 4-5 political forces will receives seats on the new Parliament. The survey says that if the elections were held tomorrow, the votes would be distributed in the following way: Tsarukyan bloc - 26.4%, RPA - 22.8%, Yelq bloc - 4.3%, ARF Dashnaktsutyun - 3.9%, Free Democrats - 3.4%, Armenian Revival - 2.7%, Armenian National Congress-People's Party of Armenia bloc - 2.6%, ORO bloc - 1.8%, and Communist Party of Armenia -1%.
