ArmInfo.The Central Electoral Commission of Armenia took a decision to permit the Armenian-Canadian company EIC Telecom to record and broadcast the voting process from the polling stations of Armenia during the parliamentary elections in Armenia.
The voting process will be broadcasted from 1500 out of the 2000 polling stations due to the shortage of funds. The authorities and the opposition of Armenia reached the agreement to broadcast the voting process to ensure transparent elections with the financial support of international donor organizations.
It is noteworthy that the live broadcast of the voting process will be ensured by Ucom, which is reported to belong to Serzh Sargsyan's son-in-law Mikayel Minasyan.
