The expert accepts the First President's position as an attempt to spread a capitulation intensions in the public, to formulate a give-up position in Karabakh issue. Sapharyan considers the speech of the Forst President as a covered attempt to mae Serzh Sargsyan give up.
"And, after all, the last - in consequence but not in essence. Ter-Petrosyan's speech contained all the symptoms to attract the attention of Moscow. After listening to that speech I keep on admiring how this man could be a member of Karabakh Committee, becoming the leader of the country on the within the flow of that movement," the AIISA founder stated.
On December 17 Levon Ter Petrosyan, the first Armenian President, was elected the Chairman of the Party of Armenian National Congress.
