"Hence, at all the levels of this process,  it is necessary to provide the appropriate transparency, and  let the  authorities  also to demonstrate the transparency through the  demonstration of any suspects, especially in respect to ruling out  the politicizing of this case," the diplomat mentioned. In this  context he mentioned also the necessity of the demonstration of the  supremacy of law in all the processes.

On 3 October 2016, the International Centre for Migration Policy Development and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) signed a project cooperation agreement for the project "Support to Migration and  Border Management in Armenia" (MIBMA) in Yerevan. The project is  fully funded by the European Union and implemented by ICMPD in  partnership with UNDP.
