ArmInfo.Converse Bank first USD trench issue amounting $ 6 million passed first listing on NasDaq OMX Armenia and entered Abond. As the stock's press service told ArmInfo, the first USD tranche of the Bank (ISIN - AMCOVSB22ER9) is allowed to  conclude targeted trade and repo-transactions.

ArmInfo. Bank Anelik launches in its branches a single system of providing state services. The press service of the Bank told ArmInfo that since April 11, state services  such as state registration of the right to real estate, registration  of legal entities, certificates of criminal records and registration  of civil acts, etc., have been provided to clients in the "Tigran  Mets" branch.

ArmInfo. Within the partnership with National Mortgage Company, Converse  Bank launched the 4th stage of KfW funded mortgage project on effective housing construction support in Armenia. According to the information shared with  ArmInfo   by the press office of the Bank, within the fourth stage of the  project two aspects will be launched: Energy Efficient Mortgage Loans  and Regional Mortgage  Loans. At that, the second dimension does not  comprise any compulsory requirements of energy efficiency securing. 

ArmInfo.Ardshinbank sharply lowered the rate for Lombard loans secured by gold. Director of Strategic Development of Ardshinbank Armen Gasparyan told ArmInfo,  explaining that according to AMD loans rates are set at 16% per  annum, on USD loans - from 9% and from EUR ones - from 7%.

ArmInfo. In 2016 Ardshinbank increased its net profit 2.3-fold to 4.6 bln AMD ($9.4 mln) and retained its position among the TOP-3. Due to this, the accumulated  profit of the Bank grew by 16.8% to 29.9 bln AMD, increasing the  total capital by 11.6% to 54 bln AMD.
