ArmInfo.The plight of refugees from Nagorno-Karabakh is the most recent chapter in a 35-year conflict in which hundreds of thousands of civilians on both sides have been displaced from their homes. Leo Docherty, Minister of State for European Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Cooperation and Development of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland stated on Tuesday in the House of Commons of the British Parliament during debate: "Nagorno-Karabakh: Armenian  refugees".

ArmInfo.The southern Caucasus is a melting pot of cultures, religions and ethnicities. Over the  centuries, these different groups have at times co-existed peacefully and at other times experienced turmoil and bloodshed.  MP from the Scottish National Party Carol Monaghan stated on Tuesday in the House  of Commons of the British Parliament during debate:  "Nagorno-Karabakh: Armenian refugees".

ArmInfo. Upon receipt of citizenship of the Republic of Armenia, citizens forcibly displaced from Artsakh will not cease to be beneficiaries of the RA government support programs. Deputy Prime Minister of Armenia Tigran Khachatryan said on March 20 during the government hour, answering questions from  parliamentarians, recalling that the government has already implemented 3 programs of financial assistance to refugees from Artsakh.

ArmInfo. The main threat to the security of Armenia is the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev  and the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan, opposition Armenian MP Gegham Manukyan told reporters on March 20.

ArmInfo. It is premature to talk about the withdrawal of Russian border guards from the land borders of Armenia. Armenia has neither the human resources nor the technical capabilities to replace Russian border guards at the border, the first commander of the border troops of Armenia, Major General Levon Stepanyan told ArmInfo in response to a request to comment on rumors about the possible withdrawal of Russian border guards from Armenia, given the current difficult geopolitical realities.
