ArmInfo. The Azerbaijani side has completed its part of the work to finalize the peace agreement. Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov announced this in a conversation  with journalists.

ArmInfo.  The Prosecutor's Office is demanding the return of residential buildings and structures illegally owned by Multi Group LLC in the coastal area of Lake Sevan  to the Republic of Armenia. This was stated in a statement by the  supervisory body.

ArmInfo.Numan Kurtulmus, Speaker of the Turkish Parliament, has advocated for the formation of a unified center and a collective force in the South Caucasus by Turkey, Armenia, and Azerbaijan. He made this statement in an interview with the state television channel TRT, while discussing  regional developments and the peace process between Armenia and Azerbaijan.

ArmInfo. The "Wings of Unity" party of former Ombudsman Arman Tatoyan sharply criticized the Constitutional Court of Armenia's decision of July 4, 2026, which  upheld the results of the June 7 parliamentary elections and the  decisions of the Central Electoral Commission.

ArmInfo. The decision of the Constitutional Court of Armenia, which upheld the parliamentary election results, does not resolve the issue of the legitimacy of the  emerging government. This is stated in a joint statement by the  Strong Armenia and Armenia blocs, the Prosperous Armenia, Armenian  National Congress, and National Democratic Pole parties.

ArmInfo.  Russia is making a decisive contribution to maintaining peace and stability in  Transcaucasia and considers the conclusion of a legally binding  agreement on the non-use of force between Georgia, Abkhazia, and  South Ossetia a key objective of international discussions on  security and stability in the region. The Armenian authorities do not intend to reconsider their position on the country's railways, as stated by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan  to  journalists on July 2, when asked about the possibility of changing  the Armenian government's approach to the railway concession  transferred to Russian Railways, amid restrictions imposed by the  Russian Federation on the supply of Armenian products to the Russian  market.

ArmInfo. The European Union is one of Armenia's most important partners. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated this at a joint press conference with European  Commission President Ursula von der Leyen in Yerevan on July 2.

ArmInfo. The European Union will allocate up to EUR200 million in grants to Azerbaijan to develop transport, energy, and digital links in the South Caucasus. European  Commission President Ursula von der Leyen announced this in Baku on  July 1 after talks with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev.

ArmInfo.Armenia and Kazakhstan have agreed to allocate land in their respective capitals for the construction of embassies on a reciprocal basis. During an extraordinary session on July 1, the Standing Committee on Foreign  Relations of the National Assembly of Armenia issued a favorable  opinion on the draft agreement submitted by the government for  ratification.

ArmInfo. Public support for Armenia's European integration may weaken if the cost of reforms is felt before tangible benefits emerge. This opinion was expressed on his Facebook page by political scientist Sergey Minasyan, Deputy  Director of the Caucasus Institute, while presenting the domestic  dimension of Armenia's integration with the European Union (EU).

ArmInfo.  Armenia has officially stated at the state level that Yerevan is not considering the issue of closing the Russian military base in Gyumri. This was  announced by Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Galuzin in an  interview with RTVI in response to a question on the subject. He  noted that there have been no signals from the Armenian side about  the need to withdraw the Russian military base from Armenia.

ArmInfo. Ameriabank and the OPEC Fund for International Development (The OPEC Fund) signed a USD 50 million loan agreement. The agreement was signed during OPEC Fund Development Forum 2026 in Vienna, which also marked the 50th anniversary of the institution.
